I'm pretty sure they have nothing to worry about on that front. Everyone that doesn't have one will buy it for this.
I'm no Sony Fanboy by any means as I always own every console but you clearly know nothing about coding. This issue has nothing to do with the system and everything to do with the uncapped frame rate due to coding. My ps4 has run quiet as can be on everything but this. Way more graphically intensive games cause no issue.

Yes, more than likely you can. Quite a few games have been removed from PSN/XBL but you still can download it again as it still can exist on their server, just not up for people to see and download if they didn't before it was taken down. Lot's of disagrees from people who have no idea how this works but want to join in anyways.
Sadly that is the norm on N4G... some people have no rationale.
