Not everyone who buys video games sit there and scour the net for articles, most everyone on here already has their choice of machines. So I don't think you can say it makes a huge difference, I mean if you haven't invested in a next gen machine by now You probably wont until it hits that 150 price point in years down the road. I guess turning a billion dollars in profit in a terrible economy is a bad thing, thats like people who say Walmart is not a good stock to have, These companies print money they make so much. You can't compare scores unless the site that did the review did one for both games. You cant compare what ps3gamer gave to what 360gamer gave it. They only reviewed the game for the console they represent. If you want an exact average you only count the sites that reviewed both consoles game. Period, to argue would be ignorant.

and sites that are only 360 then look at the average. Who is to say that ps3 magazine gives a games 95 and xbox 360 gives the game 90 without no direct comparesin. Or it could be the other way around and the xbox only sites have a game rated way higher than a ps3 site, so unless you dump out those sites you can't actually have a fair analysis of the dats.

Edit: That was a sony brand PS3 cable, I would never do that I have all the hdmi I need, but it was a reference to the above statement about msoft charging too much for hdmi. Who would spend that much on a cable.

I work in the retail industry, and sony can tell you what to sell it for. Its a verry obscure case from the 1900's involving colgate, but I digress. Walmart works on a much lower profit margin than say gamestop, so walmart would sell it lower than gamestop if they could. That would be colusion. A bunch of retailers cant go to sony and say, hey we are all going to sell it for x amount. Um thats illegal. I think most people know that the manufacturer sets the price. Thats why walmart doesn't sell the ps3 for 50 bucks less than the other guys. This is absurd and the people who approved it are just as absurd.

I figured it would be ok, but nothing special. The motion plus, that I have with the Tiger Woods game, doesn't really impress me. I think the technology should have been there from the begining. I don't think I will buy this game, sword fight, ok, frisbee, nah, these games don't appeal to me. Sorry. I loved the first sports game, but meh on this one.
but after playing it about a month ago, it just doesn't compare to some of the things out their today. I also played the original resident evil, and I must say I loved it then, but man it sucked now. Once you are used to the new controls, graphics, its just really hard to play those old games. Its hard to look at them. After doing research its not just a sony patent on blu-ray it is a group of companies that own part of the technology, I am not sure how it became a Sony only thing. do a little research and you see its not just Sony, so I wonder how much they get from it.
