well at least Sony is trying something new, instead of waiting for everyone else to get in on it before Ms does.
as for Failing, if it wasnt for PSVR, VR ion general wouldnt be where it is today, they (sony) hit the ground running with it, the best priced VR system for entry level gaming with a very easy plug and play set up. no need to worry about if your GPU will work etc.
the harder part is i think goign to be convincing devs to leave the positions they are in to work for MS.
like if they try and convince devs from say insomniac or even SSm or ND. it will be very difficult to convince them that it is a smart move leaving their current position with their games releasing on the leader this gen, in hopes that next gen its MS whos leading the charge.
like unless its a rediculously large difference in salary, it will be tough ...
when there is a finish line, there is a point where it is too late.
so in this gen, it is too late as it take alot of time to develop brand new games at the AAA level.
if these are for next gen, its not too late.

and if you dont mind as you ahve already platinumed, theres the xp exploit for labors mid fight.
get to 99 out of 100 parrys and leave the fight so it saves, enter back into the fight, get your parry and reset from checkpoint, it'll save the 3500 xp but wont save that actual parry allowing you to do it multiple times
i suggest for gow difficulty to focus on your labors more than anything, and get those parry counters as soon as you can.

Just got through ALfheim on my Gow Difficulty. man i love this game and how difficult it is, 9/10 times im just as focused if not more on regular mobs compared to boss fights
next he'll claim that god of war ripped of tetris cuz we have to move blocks and such to certain positions to complete the area.

While that is true that there were more narrative driven Sp games a decade or more ago, the production levels and stardards have increased tenfold. With that additional costs.
21 years ago ff7 released, and final fantasy 10 on ps2 was the first ff to include voice acting, that alone make the budget skyrocket, as they had to have multiple voice actors for each character.
If there is no economic value to the loot boxes, then why are you charging real money for them?
