"starting holiday 2016, the greatest lineup in xbox history has the greatest headache in xbox history. today we would like to announce the new family of Xbox ones.
starting off is the Grandfather of Modern videogames. The Xbox One at 349.99. Same as before, just older.
Next we have the Father of the house. The Xbox One.2 which is exactly like the original Xbox One but is able to hit 1080P/60FPS. this one will cost you $550.
so if every 2 years MS drops a new upgraded Xbox, whats stopping the devs from using the new specs to make their game? oh right, the older Xbox.
the second you start putting differnet models with different specs into the console market, you are trying to turn it into a PC. thats why pc's from 2 years ago, wont be able to play newer games like Quantum Break.
if Xbox 1.5 have 16 GB of ram, why on earth would anyone dev want to develop for the 8GB standard X...
is see it more as that it isn't a selling point for PS4. the console, and games sell itself, where Xbox is using it to promote their console, why else would they have used greatest xbox library for holidays last year. the second its a selling feature, it loses it credability in my books. i see it as MS doing it to try and get some of the original xbox gamers back. ps doesn't need to do it because next to no one left.
now if they just slipped it in, that would be awes...

Clearly you are trolling right now, because you love your backwards compatibility for your Xbox One. guess what, 9 out of 10 times, if BC came to PS4 you wouldn't be affected at all even if you owned a ps4. why? simply because the games during ps3 era didnt convince you to purchase a ps3 then, why would it convince now, during the next generation with better graphics and gameplay?

Consumer shave choice already. if they like the xbox brand they have the 360 or the One. but my make multiple versions of xbox1 will only cause problems.
lets say xbox mk2 have 32 gigs of ram available. any developer wanting to make their dream game will take full advantage of the 32 gigs.

there may be areas affected, just because it isn't affecting you doesn't mean its the same for everyone.
Case and point with the day psn was down and everyone demanded 1 day extra for ps plus. mine was down for about 2 minutes, same with two of my friends but there were some who had it down for the day.

it was the same for me, started out great, and then with each addition and update the game lost its grab on me. i think ultimately i was a case of lost identity, too many promises that it was "x" genre mixed with "y" genre. they best of both worlds on paper, but there are reasons why those genres havent worked together, at least in this style.
