DMC 1-4 could be actually easy enough via some glitchs and exploits or the already existing easy modes , but it was known for having a wealth and depth of challenging stuff , in the game's mission AND the fighting mechanics .

Street fighter all the way . MK9 had it's time , deserved its success (even if i immensely dislike the game ) , and was a much needed competitor and Wake up call , but there is a reason most fighting games fans moved on from it , while SF4 endures and thrives , both in amateur and pro gaming .

Blaming Activision wouldnt even work there , as Activision gave them plenty time , leeway and funds . THey had to pull the plug and make them release the game at some point , as it was obvious it wasnt going to be any good .

we must not have the same definition of intricate . It was an easy spam fest . And harder difficulties will be the same , only obviously harder but still broken , not stylish and easy .
It was called eons ago , but why did they even bother including platforming ? It's yet another iteration of quasi-auto platforming , that serves no purpose in the game
