but Bill Walsh revolutionized football. The number of coaches under him that went on to coach is just phenomenial. What was it like 27 coaches have gone on to be head coaches in the league. Yeah John Madden is great coach and is deservedly in the Hall of Fame, but Bill Walsh changed the game forever.
I wouldn't think that such adds would have been to the presses this far in advanced. Any way a price drop by MS, while important, at only 50 bucks is probably not substantial enough to improve overall sales. A 100 bucks across the board, yes. 50 bucks, no. Realiability issues are really starting to stall the progress of the 360. With all the games it has, the 360 should be selling better. A 50 dollar price drop is not enough.
is due to it's release on the PC. There really are a lot of games out this year and IMO I think fall 2007 will be on of the all time best periods in gaming history. My money is still on Mass Effect for game of the year.
comment when they wanted to make the warning label on tobacco bigger.
You could make the warning label cover the case and won't change who can and will buy games.
that we all have opinions.
momentum it has gained can be maintained if they can keep the price where it is or continue with aggressive drops in price. Right now the 360 is in the poorest position of the three and it's position would be help by a substantial price drop, to which this is not enough.
but in regards to the possible price drop; it's not enough to improve sales IMO. It needs to be at least 100 for MS to see any movement with the 360. It's too bad that the system has stalled. The reliability has really done it in. The 360 has some very good games. Too bad.
Two Worlds has the multiplayer going for it. I can't say anything bad about Two Worlds; but if you do buy Oblivion, go a head and kiss 250 hours of your life good bye.
it still won't affect the PS3 and it's medium of choice. If the Blue Ray format were to fail, which it won't; the PS3 still won't be affected in the least.
On a side note, I think that both Format groups need understand how they currently stack up against the industry standard of just plain old DVD. DVD is going to maintain it's market dominence for several more years with Blue Ray currently in the strongest position of taking over the reins.
this fall. It's going to be a nice end of the year 07. It's good to have almost 4 months of Vacation time saved up.
1. Halo 3
2. Warhawk
3. Mass Effect
and
4. Madden, the limited dog killer thug edition.
CNN, nor NBC are owned by Microsoft. Microsoft and NBC have an online agreement with MSNBC to provide an online news source to compete with CNN and others. Microsoft doesn't own either of these companies.
who wants to play on map someone else has created, where they know where everything is and you don't. Though it would still be a nice feature, I just don't see it being used more than some of the time. I've got to play a game for almost year over any who will just have it for the PC. I'd rather see Epic try and create some innovative stuff, instead of worring who they might p!ss of next.
are generally good gamers. Yes, there are some bad apples out there and I assume with such an emphasis toward online play this generation that there will be more bad apples showing up over time. Thats why there is a block function and to say that XBL racism is legendary, is ignorant in it's own right. When ever you go online, you will all ways run the risk of running into some dumb @ss, but again most gamers are not like that.
b!tch, but most of them are gamers too.
they could really push some systems by dropping the price with Halo 3's release. I just don't know how MS can drop the price of the 360 with all the money they lose on repairing broken ones. MS needs a price drop. I still can't believe they have held out this long already. If MS isn't pushing the 20 million sold mark by the end of Christmas, then I see things going poorly for them through out 2008.
it's going on my suspect list. I find this title to be less and less interesting. The combat aspect of the game just isn't giving me the right vibe. The premise sounds great and I really hope it turns out. I would also imagine that this game will be similar on both systems with nit-pickers pointing a few small things between the two.
play both. They are both looking to be great games. If you can't, then buy the one you can and respect the other for what it does. No way KZ2 would be what it is today if were not for Halo. While graphics are extremely important for this kind of genre, I think everyone needs to wait and see how both look and play when they are finally released.
but I'd say the 360 is more like an BMW M3. Despite it being in the shop from time to time, sometimes more, it's still hella fun when it's not. I've got 4 of them, and two have gone down and two have not. It's still frustrating when they do, but there's just a corincopia of very good and a handful great games that make it worth it to me.
support from Turn 10. They have fixed a few of the glitches, but other than that nothing. The game is shelved this coming week.
