If MS do that i may buy one. Although the PS3 has all of those things already.

One word "Piracy" until they nip that in the bud which will never happen PC's will always suffer. MMO's may be the only answer for PC games as most have a subscription fee.
Consoles have damaged PC gaming as well, but nowhere nearly as bad as piracy. Mind you the Xbox is suffering from the same problems with piracy, even though they are 8 million units ahead of PS3 some publishers make more money on the PS3 platform.
Seriously, if i wanted to play this i would buy an xbox. But the truth is i bought gears 1 on the PC which is supposed to be better than the Xbox version i just can't see what the fuss is about this game.
I played it for like 2 hours and got bored.
Can't wait to see the details on this, it's going to be a killer game.

The year of the 360 in what way? If you mean as a games machine that has the best games of 2009 then no.
28 million gamers and no place to go, buy a PS3 and play some great games you can always go back to the 360 when they have something worth playing.
