Yeah man, Ryse wasn’t as bad as reviewers were making it out to be I even tried it with Kinect, and was surprised how well it worked. Also Quantum break was another good title. The mechanics weren’t my favorite, but the story, and over all experience was great.
If they can go back to making the arcade version from the early 90s WWF Wrestlefest I would buy it. I haven’t brought a wrestling game since Super Nintendo and those versions were silly at best. You pull a combo on Yokozuna and all types of Chicken and Hams start flying out his body, really?
I mean, I’m all for it being challenging. It’s when the challenge becomes more of a punishment and the reward doesn’t justify the punishment. Take Shanobi for PlayStation there was a level with invisible Floors! Mind you, it’s a platformer, and when you beat the level( depending if you broke your controller) you go on to the next level, naw son! If a programmer’s intent for making a game is too frustrate the leveling hell out of you with little reward, I say add difficulty settings.
I don’t recall mr x being in part 2, or has it been that long since I be played it?
The thought was there. Open world, base building, capture, and recruit. Even the opening gameplay was one of the best I've played. Once I got to the meat and potatoes it became repetitive. The open world, base building, and recruiting became bland and felt lifeless at times. There were some levels I did enjoy, but I felt the creator/s overly complicated the game by adding too much stuff that did not add (or even create care to) add to the story. For example, did there have to be that man...
I actually think the game is a 7 It’s not a classic, but it’s not as bad as people are making it out to be. I spent 3 hours on it, and found no reason to give it anything less than a 7/7.5.
The game is actually good
You might want to play it, cause it’s really good
The graphics are really beautiful I don’t know what the negative was about
The same way Sony beats games over your head, look at a Sony commercial, and what is being promoted, games. It’s just a difference of philosophies. MS beats services over the head of people because that’s the direction it’s going in. It’s not your preference... which is gonna change... so it seems more of an annoyance to you right now. Soon Sony’s direction will switch and you’ll move right a long with it.
That’s not entirely true, case in point, there were people buying ps3 because it was the cheapest blu Ray on the market. It has always been the mindset that consoles are only brought for games. However, consoles have evolved into more than just games. They are streaming device, wireless hubs that need the internet to run properly. People are to proud/blind to see that this is now a service driven market.
Actually it is what “we” want psnow is a prime example of what I’m talking about. Sony streams music, movies, and even houses a monthly Gaming and internet service. Its already there. Once they start offering day one exclusives at a unheard of price point with their “services” watch the tone change
if we look at just exclusive games, yeah Xbox lost, but it’s plain as day, that MS is going in a different direction. Their focus is building a solid service Infrastructure . Something that Nintendo or Sony doesn’t offer. (Which will be adobted by both very soon). So, to say they are complete losers is mind boggling.
I expected more from Assassin’s creed 3. The intent was there it just felt incomplete. The story and twist was cool, but not enough to make me like it better than black flag, or Rogue.
I might make a move on this
I really liked Ryse, I’m gonna have to play it one more again
I said the samething in another post, And I agree with you.
I am excited about it, but I do have my doubts. I feel the game has aged poorly. I’m afraid the game, in this time, will not be fluid enough. The characters movements weren’t as fluid as character movements are today. It was great for it’s time, but I’m afraid the game maybe a little out dated
I disagree, The game was good, that ending (spoiler alert) was not satisfying at all! I love far cry for the twist, but got damn did those ending leave me unsatisfied
That was a great game. I would like to see the development team explore other battles that shaped the original halo game. Maybe create the Fumirole campaign.
