Me too getting both, absolutely loving Alien so far, exactly my kind of game much preferring it to Shadow of 'Chore'dor
AC2 is the best one, I liked AC:B alot too Rome (my favourtie city in AC series) was a stunning place to be, but thats when the open world started to feel like a chore with the unlocking portions of the map and the 'cleaning up' process, and then it became an annual series
Whats annoys me about the yearly releases is you just know how much better AC3 and AC4 (particularly 4) would have been if it was released bi annually. 4 was good but it was a pirate simulator more ...
From a gameplay standpoint Bayonetta is the best hack and slash game ever, this just cements that statement

You should take your time with it! Its a masterstroke of loneliness, ambience and tensiob it needs to be played slowly

You got the top 3 spot on! RE4 I recently completed for a 4th time and it just get better and better, IT IS the best Resident Evil game
But REmake IS the best survival horror game and I have a massive soft spot in my heart for RE2
I liked it a solid 8/10 for me, in line with its metascore I guess
I appreciate it has an alternative futuristic storyline but I really wanted more castles, crypts and horror elements from it, a few village sections maybe like ROTW,

MGS1 and 3 were great, 2 had its moments, 4 was just.....very odd
Excellent list there, I love all of those but Id have Silent Hill top to be honest, but they missed out 'The Cradle Level' from Thief Deadly Shadows. for me the scariest location in a game ever, the ocean hotel from Vampires was good as well
