Wow, any chance I had of picking up this game is now gone. What pisses me off even more is the fact this this no doubt means Battlefield 3 will only be on Origin.
I changed my password a few days before the outage, piss.
Buddy, games change though development. It's also not the exact same engine, it's a heavily modified id Tech 3 engine. They introduced a whole new shading technique in Modern Warfare 2. It like comparing the Source Engine 2004 to the Source Engine 2007.
It's actually not the same model, the Call of Duty: Black Ops PSG1 has more polygons. Look right below where the scope connects to the actual gun. Also it's really washed out in the Modern Warfare 3 screenshot. This is a leak though, it's as to be expected.
Obviously it's both.
Some gameplay elements looked very promising, they should create an original IP surrounding these elements.
New "Alien" game, not "Aliens."
With Duke Nukem Forever, Aliens: Colonial Marines, and Borderlands 2 (This is a given based on the amount of units the first moved, and 2K wants their sequels promptly), I can't see them trying to fit in another Brothers in Arms.
I'm guessing the person who disagreed with me wants the return of the less than 5 minutes story mode.
Splash Damage did not make Return to Castle Wolfenstein, they only made Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. This game isn't all that bad, but after the Enemy Territory series I expected something brilliant as they boasted it to be.
This is the least value you can get with your $60/$50, a game that only consists of around 7 maps including SP and MP.
Now let's see an actual story mode to match the latest Mortal Kombat.
Remedy had posted a job opening looking for someone to "bring the Kinect experience to the world of Alan Wake."
Alan Wake: Directors Cut?
It was the developers. Their last game was more revolutionary.
Play this game, you'll understand why.
It technically was ready, but what they gave us is a joke.
The game can be completed in less than 4 hours, and the "Co-op" or "Single-Player" is just the Multi-Player levels with bots. So revolutionary.
This review is ridiculous. The guy acts as if he never played a multiplayer game with a leveling system. This game is surprisingly shallow, I can't even recommend renting it because the story is non-existent.
The issue is that the Campaign is just the Multiplayer levels with bots. The Multiplayer even has the cutscenes. If you added up all the cutscenes it would come out to around 10 minutes. The entire game pretty much consists of around 7 levels. Also, it only takes a day to max out your character. I can't believe I just payed for this game. The scope they advertised this game as was way off.
Red Zone is just a localized version of the Move-enabled Heroes Paradise we are getting. The original Heroes Paradise released in Japan had no Move support nor any of these features.
