It was a game being made previous gen which got cancelled and forgotten about, but the public complained and moaned until the finally started it up and released it. Then they were not happy with it.
Lesson learned? Don't give things to people that complain. For example, don't give a toy to a screaming baby just because they asked for it. And that is basically what happened.
The game was bad? Of course it was. BUT THAT is the game they begged them to r...
@Septic
Right, because they totally didn't make any kind of move controllers that function in cooperation with the camera. Oh wait... the totally freaking did and now you look stupid. Awww darn it all.
Breaking News! Other people have opinions! OMG! And get this... some of them actually still think the game is fun. Mind... blown!
If you want to blame someone if they don't localize any more yakuza game, look no further than Kotaku. The maker visits the site from time to time and saw a big hate article written by one of the morons where he bashed previous yakuza games. He wasn't impressed. He goes to the trouble of bringing it to the West because people ask for it, only to them have them bash the hell out of them.
Kotaku: The only "gaming...." website that knowingly accepts information gathered by hackers (and pays them) then the next day write a large article about how bad they are.
I haven't seen this much of a biased, poor excuse for internet journalism since kotaku. Making up imaginary numbers to support his failure of a story.
Lets make it simple. If I have ONE orange, and then someone gives me ANOTHER orange, I would have TWO oranges. But if that 2nd orange doesn't exist, you will always have ONE (count it) ONE orange.

Will this be the final nail in MS's coffin in Japan?
I saw the xbox flop there.
I saw the 360 flop there.
With the superior hardware and performance, Sony is going to be the first choice again this gen in Japan.
Jōbutsu suru Xbox.
From Japan
MS: "I know every other game we have is below next gen standards and upscaled, and is kind of like playing games on the previous generation of consoles. But LOOK! We have this one game here! Sure... we had to dumb down the visuals to get it to run like that so it isn't exactly a game of next gen quality. But the numbers are really big! 1080! 60! 5!"
I found this website with the exclusive reaction from Sony and the playstation users.
It's http://www.weactuallycouldn...
Is that because PS4 users think MS making a big deal out of GOW is really really really funny because it's so pathetic? Next thing you're gonna say making a HD port of the Halo 2 (AKA: Halo 1.5, go buy the next one to get the complete game) is a console saver.
These announcements where they hold out a piece of trash and the fanboys think it's great give me a good laugh every day. So please keep them coming. I want to roll on this laugh till the next gen comes. Ple...
The xbone get funnier every day
He said his opinion. Dumb would be your reply.
Right. Not like it's been done, and done better by another major title recently. Oh wait...
Yep. Do it through the online playstation store by using your internet browser. You will be able to freely purchase them with your plus membership. They won't download of course. But they will then always be in your download list so if you one day get a ps3 you can just look through your download history.
Meanwhile in Microsoft land...
Dead Island. ahhhhhHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh
actually that was pretty accurate. Let em complain. The truth has been spoken, and the truth just happens to be littered with Sony all over it hahaha
Was the spelling mistake part of the joke?
Seeing lots of Sony and no Microsoft hahahahaha
Some people are maybe wondering "why doesn't Sony do something like this?"
The answer is easy. The ps3 is actually worth money. The 360 is worthless. Come to think of it... so is the xbone.
That was the most requested? Not "hey, NTSC dvds play fine but PAL dvds look like garbage. FIX IT!"?
Having a mute function is welcome, but there are more important things to fix than that. For me (and those living in PAL territories with a dvd collection they have amassed over the years) bringing the our dvds up to standard with others is a priority.
