@Thrust. Everyone gets older and wiser. It's just that these "little kids" are growing up and making better decisions. Bravo to them. @Logic. There are still Xbox One third party games that have not been shown at all and it releases in a couple of weeks.
I honestly think this is the first generation of gaming where showing or not showing the UI is turning out to be a big deal. I guarantee the real world doesn't really care at all. It's just us.

My set is going on 2 years old. It's the PN51e550. Never had any problems with it. You can get mine for cheap or there are newer models that look great.
I have a buddy of mine with a Bravia 3D TV and he's always been envious of my Samsung. Maybe shop around a little and read some reviews.
Also is ShadowFall 3D? I hadn't heard yet. It would be nice to know. I don't see why it wouldn't be because most first party titles where in 3D.
I actually had major surgery last weekend (unexpected). Now I can't really do any strenuous or heavy lifting for the next 4 to 6 week while I recover.
