I use to think people were trolling with statements like that. Until I started hunting for another PS4 for my brother and nephew. I can confirm with my own experiences that you are right. Every store we check had Xbox ones and no PS4s...

Some people are buying them because they simply dont want an Xbox One. Given Sony's track record the exclusives are coming for sure. If you ask me, I think Killzone and iNfamous are pretty lucky. They don't have to "sell" a console that is already selling out everywhere.

People tried to say iNfamous was in trouble when Protocol came out alongside it, and they were the same style game. Titanfall wouldn't affect it, even if it were coming out on PS4. The fact remains that the iNfamous series has a following and newcomers are looking forward to this also.
The original game was my first platinum trophy, can't wait for this one.
I second the Dragons Dogma comment. Just got my Platnium trophey in it. Just think I would have skipped it if it wasn't for PS+

People keep talking about the price lol. Why is it that you guys can't give people credit for recognizing a good value? PS4 is not outselling Xbox One solely on price. It's arguably the better value and system. Being cheaper is just a plus.
If price was the deciding factor in consoles, the WiiU would be sold out instead...

I do too on the WiiU statement. My son has been talking about XboxOne for Christmas for the longest time (I have the PS4).
He had a chance to play on the WiiU at a friends house and switched up on me. Now he wants a WiiU instead. Doesn't matter to me, I have my PS4 and buying a WiiU instead saves me a couple hundred bucks lol.

It's as if Microsoft were saying, "If we would have released on the 15th too we would have sold more" lol.
Truth is, if Sony wouldn't have launched in Europe this wouldn't have been a contest at all... All of those units would have been sold in NA instead.

@Black I think it's just spin. MS is going by the average amount of console sold per day (which equals up to about 100k in 9 days)
The PS4 was available for 15 days and ran out of stock after launch. I'm guessing it averaged less than 100k a day since it wasn't available. To use MS math, the PS4 would have had to sell more than 100k a day for the 15 days (1.5 mil) in order to have kept up lol...

@Jokes, the "Doom and Gloom" had nothing to do with it. The RROD didn't kill the 360 and it's fans still supported it. I personally don't know anyone who didn't have a 360 die on them, including myself.
Bad press and PR doesn't stop a product (at least in the gaming community) It did however make it a race in the US where MS had the clear advantage. You can't find a PS4 anywhere and if there where more available it'll be more in the lea...

I wasn't contradicting myself, I was agreeing with you to an extent. Exclusive do have to perform great as you stated. The question was is iNfamous under that type of pressure? The answer is no. The PS4 will sale with or withour iNfamous at this point in its lifecycle.
If the question was about exclusives in general, than yes I agree with you. Just look at MS last gen with Forza, Gears, and Halo basically movling systems.
