Call of Duty is a yearly franchise now. Naturally, after one comes out, they start work on the next. Not to mention it'll be a Treyarch title, seperate from IW/Sledgehammer/Raven.
As much as I want to avoid it, I know I'll probably end up buying the next Cod game... and the next... and the next.

PC will ALWAYS have the best graphics, but only because it has customizable hardware. Granted, you'll pay a ridiculous amount of money to have a computer capable of proving this.
The 360 technically has the lowest grade hardware, but it's barely noticeable with most games.
In the end, all 3 showcase beautiful games.
