Alright, I play all systems, so I'm in no way a fanboy. I play PC and Xbox 360 much more than PS3, but I have to state that PS3 has much better and varied exclusives.
Xbox exclusives are pretty much all shooters (I'm sure there are a couple that aren't, but I can't think of any).
PS3 has more variety though :/
RPG, Platfomer, Shooter, what have you

I found the fight with "The End" in MGS3 to be really awesome. A boss battle spanning over several huge areas where you have to sneak and track your enemy?

American releases always have Box Art that focuses on a "hero" figure.
This is one thing Japan does better. Japanese box art tends to be about atmosphere. American Box Art just ends up being "Main character in actiony pose".
Prime examples are Dark Souls and Silent Hill 2.
