@Jin_Sakai You can just dissemble the one you already own and repaint the shell. Way cheaper.
"more expensive"
How much do you think a can of spray paint costs?
"and lesser quality the OEM"
That's subjective to whatever you're using. There's plenty that are available for plastics.
These things are like a litmus test to see how many are too hopeless to dissemble and work a can of spray paint.
Barf.
@Babadook7
What are you talking about? You run a game at whatever native resolution your monitor is, or set it yourself manually. You don't need DLSS to run a game at 1080p upscaled for a $2000 rig. Nobody is doing that with an RTX card, and if they were they'd need their head examined.
Objectively wrong opinion. Shadow of Chernobyl is critically acclaimed and has a huge cult following to this day.
A reminder that conglomerates aren't your friends.
I don't understand that line, it's quite obvious that it was difficult since the execution wasn't great. It's one thing to be ambitious, it's another thing entirely knowing your own limits and what you're capable of with the time you have. Communication between developers and marketing seems to be an issue within CDPR.
@frostypants If you can afford to be nickel and dimed over an eight year generation with all the hidden costs of console gaming, you can afford a high-end gaming rig. Only prerequisite is not being stupid with money, which may exclude those that unironically do the former without a sense of grievance or shame.
How hard did you cry while typing this?
Of course not, it's better. The software isn't limited by dated hardware.
A PC is far easier to fix than a console since whatever part can just be swapped/upgraded. You don't need to buy a whole new PC to fix one issue. This is a problem almost exclusive to proprietary hardware/networking with a limited shelf life and support.
@LMosche
AAA doesn't mean much these days. Mostly flash and no substance gameplay wise. Most if not all innovation is found on PC because gameplay matters the most, cheap dime-a-dozen hand-holding pre-baked theatrics aren't enough to be profoundly interesting to anyone that's actually played something with any sort of replay value before. Even Sony and Microsoft realize this and they're going where the money is. Also you can stop using alts. It's getting really sa...
@Klaus_Schwab
Then why on PS5? It's SSD has since been surpassed as of last year. Also it'd make little difference in a game like this, since it's not being made with that primarily in mind.
Lot of irony in that statement considering this is first and foremost a PC franchise.
Liquid metal is only a thermal application to a component's die. Watercooling allows for superior transfer of heat from the gpu and cpu compared to that of a traditional air cooling solution. You can use liquid metal with a watercooling setup for better results. I have a full custom loop in my rig and my gpu temperatures never exceed 43c and my cpu temperatures never exceed 55c with my current fan curve. Cooler temperatures with higher performance threshold all while whisper quiet.
I agree, it'd be far more interesting to watch dumb people get fleeced by soulless conglomerates for no reason, did you happen to renew your annual "access my own internet" paywall or spend more for the same game I own at a lesser visual and performance quality this year yet?
It's a cope, nothing else to say.
Don't know what's the update on Killzone 2, but 3 is coming along nicely on RPCS3.

Like I said it depends on what you use. There's paint for plastics that don't chip or wear easily. And since you mentioned dyes, that's also one other method you can use yourself at home. Used Rit once or twice myself for yard rock decor.
