I've never even heard of edge magazine before this, and i really don't care who they are now. i've played killzone 2, and it's a 9 at the very least, 8 if you're biased, 7 is a publicity stunt and any site or magazine that resorts to that, deserves to never get any attention ever again. and it will never get mine, end of story.
You obviously never played killzone 2, if you are saying it has bad lighting compared to of all things halo. lol, it has the best lighting i've seen in a game, nothing comes close to killzone 2 in the lighting department.

Microsoft probably offered the some money, look at their website, how much more corporate can you look.
But that doesn't mean it's a bad game, i usually go with the site that has the same opinions as me. which is ign, they are mostly on par with my gaming style.
I guess i'll have to sell the 360 i never bought, and buy a ps3 that i already own. whoooo
half life is garbage, so is half life 2, i played both half way through, and got bored, and never played it again. left for dead might be a good game i dont know, but the people saying half life is great. have no idea what a good game is, it's boring as crap.
Halo 3 looks like last gen next to killzone 2, and it pretty much is, was released like 2 years ago. can't compare the scores of the 2, they are more critical on games now than 2 years ago. if halo 3 was released today it wouldn't score over 8.2.
Also someone said offical xbox magazine doesn't go easy on games? lol, that's the dumbest thing i've ever heard. halo wars is going to suck, it's rts on a console, and the only one id play no matter how bad it was is command and conquer....

It was rather boring, and it's basically a generic arcade shooter, coop might bring it up to 8.5 but it could NEVER get a higher score than that, it's def not good enough. fail.
They pretty much ruined everything resident was, if this gets higher than 8.5. it's a tragedy for game reviews, lol
They didn't say it sucks, they said nothing, and aren't saying anything till the game comes out, or just before it comes out, for some reason.
only 2 reasons are, 1: they want hits, 2: or, they want their negative review to seem realistic.
on average the game was very well received and if you were interested in getting in before, chances are you are going to buy it now for sure.

That sites been dying more and more all the time, barely any hits lately, microsoft sees all the good reviews for killzone 2, and goes over to gamespot with their microsoft employee andre, and pays them money to make a story about how they are going to delay the review, and give it a bad score for money and hits, simple story.
Why are so many stupid articles popular, please enable mods that can delete garbage like this... have to look at it for a whole day, lame.
No one will even care about their review 2 weeks after the game is out, everyone will have already played it..
