It's awesome how many articles say that the game isn't that bad, not realizing that the majority of the hate isn't really about the game and what it does do, it's about what the game was shown (and still is, just look at the videos on Steam) as and what was delivered and what it didn't do.

You do realize that if a game is left open whether you are playing or not your time goes up right?
granted 100 hours is a long time but then again I left a game open before I went on vacation and now I have a ton of hours I really didnt play.

How is it that they did all that and forgot to account for the market... The reason games don't need to be more expensive is the market has grown tremendously since the days of Atari. Show me the graphs where the developers and publishers are making less money and then I'll believe that games should be more expensive.
The fact is the markets huge, good games rake in money ( and bad ones can too).

Don't worry you will have plenty of time to forget about it before they release the squadron part, and then they have the whole multiplayer persistent universe part that I too this day say will never happen.
I was an original backer who talked all my friends into backing this game too... Egg on my face.
I will never be silenced by SC! I will never forgive them for putting stretch goals ahead of the proposed game. Just like SMS I wish I could get my money back from SC too.

Maybe because someone in Japan did the math and realized that they weren't pricing it right. It's still cheaper to buy the service after the increase in CAD then to convert your money to USD and buy it in the USA.
80 CAD is like 62 USD you are complaining about 2 USD more!

Yes they can charge whatever they want, and I payed full price for it... Hind sight is 20/20 and given the option again I would not. So that would mean my opinion is that they charged too much for the game.
So is the game priced right for me... NOPE but I didnt know that until after I payed for it. Caveat Emptor I guess but stop hating on people like you hav...
