They were arguably the worst part of the uncharted games though. In 3 they were just drake hallucinations.
Why? U4 had the best story of all the Uncharted games precisely because they didn't do supernatural stuff. They left that stuff for MP.

It's not that hyped at all actually. People expect an emotional journey between a boy and a giant cat dog bird, that's what they'll get most likely. Therefore it will most likely live up to most expectations.
I said since FFVII, why would you assume I'm talking about anything other than it's original release on PS1? Sure I was young when it came out but I've had plenty of opportunities to get it and it's sequels, instead I opted for MGS and Resident Evil.
I never liked the look of the gameplay, nor RPGs in general. I wasn't trying to insult the earlier titles, just saying they weren't for me, this one though looks more appealing.

Lol, how is it not. The devs state that they want this one to appeal to gamers who are fans of the franchise AND those who have never played before and they've succeeded in the later. I'm not a fan of cringey anime-style crap, yet I'm willing to overlook the blonde dude as well as their stupid hairstyles because the rest of it looks very good.

I don't know where you got that info but either way motions controls on a normal TV is different to motion controls in VR. VR almost makes them necessary.
