I said the same thing. I understand it was labeled as a 1st person adventure, but shit, you still shot things in 1st person... As far as I'm concerned Metroid Prime deserves to be up there.

It's kinda true. Nintendo did in fact blaze this trail 1st. Yes, I know Sony had been working on their own prior, but Nintendo beat them to the punch. That took some real balls on their part. 1st ones to jump in the pool, only to turn around and say to the others,"The water's great!" Now if they would only do something about that SERIOUSLY dated Wii tech...
Never finished this game. I got past the electricity part ( trying to be vague here ) and stopped playing. For no particular reason. Still got it in the old library though... hmm. Seeing this makes me wanna bust this back out.
It didn't suck me either! What gives?
Then I shelved it. Barring of course the occasional Metroid play through.
It all comes down to the parents. Taking an active role in your kids life and monitoring the things their exposed to, is the sole responsibility of the parent. Not Epic. I know work is tough and it's hard to keep track but, well... tough sh!t. Find a way to find time for your kids and know the things that they involve themselves in. Once you have a kid, your life is officially no longer about yourself. Even if you're someone that's never played a game before, now with the inventio...
