I've been looking forward to getting my Xbox One for months, but now that it's nearly here I've found that I'm suddenly not remotely interested in either Sony or Microsoft right now.

My point was this site is over run with children, which is true!. The comment was a swipe at over privileged children ranting. When I grew up we couldn't afford these expensive toys. If we were given presents we were greatful no matter what it was and we ALWAYS respected adults right or wrong.

You are right, Sony really ARE great with hardware.
It's only a pitty they are a bit poo with software and especially UI design. Having seen that video of both PS4's looks SO disjointed.
That sais, I'm not a child so don't have a games machine in my room. With a big livingroom and huge sofa my X1 will look great under my 60" LED

@GameNameFame OK, I've just seen the video for both Xbox and PS4 UI
First thoughts are I could see new features without having to look around on X1, the UI is instictive.
PS4 it isn't that intuitive across the board like X1, the features are there but there is no uniformity and for UI design you need uniformity.
X1's UI looks like a signular UI where as PS4 looks like 2 or possible 3 UI's connected together. It's the clu...

MS is stable but Sony is most certainly not. So from a job point of view I'd jump ship and work for MS in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the response, I agree that this was never going to be a launch feature for the masses, however I think that MS's window for this is closer than either of us think.
My reasoning behiond this is looking at the scale and shear size of the X1 live system. MS Designed, build and tested it, not to mention that they own the entire infrastructure.
