I'm overjoyed. I really wanted this to come. After all the references in X, I new this would come. Oh yes!
^This.
SAO moving 145,000 units is awesome, though I expected a bigger hardware boost. Anyways, about 24-25K this week is very good for Vita. I'm glad it's finally stable in Japan. It's taken a long time, though.
Mark my words, Vita needs just ONE or TWO big games in each region to make it take off.
US: Grand Theft Auto: _____ Stories
Europe: Gran Turismo Vita
Japan: Monster Hunter V
That, and it's set.
Sony needs to announce that PS4 bundle and the 64GB Memory card soon. I lost hope for AAA announcements at E3, as I have been disappointed a couple times before. I Probably Gamescom or TGS may have, but I keep telling myself each year after E3 to wait until then for announcements. :/
I would love the see the first Infamous with an updated engine! I would have a nerdgasm.
I don't really expect any more AAA titles for Vita outside of Japan. I guess the Vita can survive off the smaller titles since it does not necessarily need AAA titles. Hoping for more Vita love as always at E3.
Hope for a good Media Create/Famitsu on Wednesday!
I know how you feel, I love indies too and find them so fun. However, indies alone will not help Vita succeed. It needs some AAA games like every other console to attract people who shy away from it. Japan is a good example of supporting the system with those titles regularly.
I've been wanting one ever since I was lost in it in 2009. :( At least they want to make one. :)
1. Dissidia Final Fantasy 3
2. GTA Stories Vita
3. Infamous Vita
4. Metal Gear Vita
5. Gran Turismo Vita
Was it ever digital? I only have retail. :(
If not that sucks. Every other digital game is downloadable including PSP demos I can confirm now including MGS PO!!!
Time span in Infamous 1 to 2 is about a couple months. I doubt he controlled the powers well at all yet. If he had them for a long time I could understand.
Couldn't have said it better, lol!
Indies are awesome and it's good to expand the library, but get real please. Vita actually needs those big titles to attract customers to the system. One reason many are shying away from it is because of at least just one big title it lacks that would make them flock to it.
Even if it means a shitty COD game, a new Assassin's Creed or something Sony needs to that. I want Gran Turismo, GTA MGS, God of War and INFAMOUS! Those will fill my void on Vita.
GTA Vita is a stretch because Rockstar is notorious for being absent at E3. I hope for an Infamous Vita game, and at least Sucker Punch is interested in one, so it's possible. Vita is long overdue for big hitting titles, that will cause sales to increase in the US and Europe. I consider it saved in Japan, but in Europe it's average and dead in US. I hope Sony will dedicate a chunk of time on Vita (Not 5 minutes like last year) in E3 and forget about PS3 as it has had its time.
Lol wait until the big hitters drop on PS4. I can't wait to see how high the sales would be! Sony will have to work harder in the future to meet that demand at this rate.
Actually it was PS3 who sold 68K of MLB the Show...
OMG, I have been wanted an open-world game like Infamous on Vita. There's so many features they could implement that'll make it awesome.
One of my favorite soundtracks from the Pokemon games! Route 104!
