the Word of God. haha thats a good one. it was never the word of god to begin with, it was the Word of Man. why do you capitalise "Word"? and for that matter "God"? is it that wrath of god thing you are afraid of?

@ Lyr1c - religion makes religion look bad.

BTW you have to update outdated books if you want modern people to follow you. up-to-date bullshit is easier to sell than outdated bullshit

i enjoyed the first although it was frustrating. best experience is co-op. i will wait for reviews though and maybe wait some more for the first major update and then i'll be good to go. nice change of pace from all the generic military shooters out there and still has it's place. since bad company single player went on rails (bastards) i will still get this if it is any good. prefer open world to linear hand holding any day.

global corporations = evil if they want to be so melodramatic. none of the 3 console manufacturers actually care about their users. where was sony at the start of the PS3 lifecycle, oh yeah advertising it as a blu-ray player because that brand was more important to them. and nintendo selling an old SD console as a new premium console and laughing all the way to the bank.

it is all about how well they hide it

don't question fanboy logic. you end up more confused than before you asked. just think school playground logic and you are getting close.

maybe because the movies have been flogged to death. i for one am over them. will not be wasting any more money on the movies that's for sure, i'm talking to you blu-ray. the only way is to expand on the universe, which is where there is room for creativity. cashing in on the movies has gotten old and boring.

we need another good starwars fps.

Tell that to big Gabe over at Valve. he wants to release all his games buggy as hell and then patch them 100 times

5504d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

right now no it is early days but from a long-term perspective yes we do need them now if we are to move forwards towards the holodeck scenario we all want. as of right now motion gaming allows non-gamers to play and have fun.

just gotta have some foresight.

the remote thing won't be an issue if someone can just put a damn IR port on all these tablets. give me a tablet remote over both normal remote and wavy hand remote any day. besides all that, people are never satisfied, there was a time when people had to get off their asses to change the channel.

how about we skip this stage to where we can just think it

unless you are 12. then it is a case of more more more.

society is making everyone depressed, not just kids. video games are a form of escapism that don't amount to the real thing unfortunately so could possibly make things worse once they turn the game off. look at those idiots that got depressed after they saw avatar, because real life wasnt as good. i probably shouldn't use nutters to prove a point though.

find me a depressed kid who is still dep...

the grammar police, as with any police, are not welcome here

what you are saying is video games are better than real life just like drugs. it is a form of escapism in the same matter, but not a permanent substitute. Your points are very valid.

on a side note... for parents, i think video games can be treated as a reward for children and in fact (personally) later on in life. when you neglect things you need to do just to play video games you are effectively not achieving anything at all. used as a reward system, their power can be us...

so what

5504d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

the game doesnt sell because it is too hard. gotta think about the developers here. this is why we have difficulty settings??? i didn't buy the second one because the first was too hard (for me to enjoy)

activision is about money... why would they kill it off, it makes too much of it? just don't buy it, pretty simple really

5505d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

5505d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment
