The lighting is especially good. Crazy to know that the graphics were intentionally downgraded. The final game should look amazing if the demo is anything to go by.

I agree, there's plenty of footage out there that makes it look way less boring than this.

People playing a game and having fun is a sad thing?
This game sounds absolutely mind-blowing. I knew I was going to love it the moment I saw the first piece of gameplay last year.
"Planets don’t exist until the player arrives at them and when they leave, those planets vanish. The avatar sits at the centre of an algorithm that generates environments as far as the eye can see. There’s no danger of the player running out of space because no mode of transport they’ll ever use is capable of moving faster than the algorithm’s s...
A definite upgrade. The lighting and textures look better.
@Conzul
I wasn't being sarcastic. I was an ass, so I apologised for it.
There are tons of absolute killer games coming in 2015, I don't think Evolve can hang with them, tbh.
The Order
Halo 5
Uncharted 4
The Witcher 3
Batman AK
MGS5 TPP
Quantum Break
"More Awards Than Any Game in Show History"
Wow, really? I mean, it looks good, sure....but damn. Really? That's really surprising to me.
Hahahaha.
I sense salt...I think it might have something to do with me proving you wrong about Driveclub earlier today, amirite?

Pretty sure it's not the first time I've done so, either. It's sad that you hold grudges against internet strangers for so long.

@Ocsta
Lmfao, epic comment.
+ bubbles.
I apologise for jumping to conclusions about your comment. In my defence, you didn't really make it clear what part you weren't surprised about.
Please accept my apology. I love you really, Axios.
Stop trolling, TLOU:R is anything but a disappointment. Top of the July NPD chart, despite only 4(?) days of it's sales being counted, and is currently sitting at 95 on metacritic (I know how much you love those metacritic numbers, Axios).
I've yet to come across a single person who owns the game who is disappointed by it. And why would they be? It's a better looking, and better running version of the most awarded game in history, with all the season pass DLC.
@Cerbus
"all the hits Forza had to take to reach 60fps @ 1080p."
Exactly. They could also do the same for this game in order to reach 60fps.
You mean racing game, right?
Great news, good to see they had no problems developing this for PS4. Here's hoping they can get the X1 to reach a stable 60fps as well.
Purple bros FO LYFE.

I'll probably be boring and just change it to a purple version of the current theme, lol.
Purple ftw!
Agreed, 2014 is a seriously good year for racers.
What? You can clearly see rain mist coming from the cars in front of the player in this GIF: http://giant.gfycat.com/Rec...
With the FH2 footage, you can clearly see the fog clearing as the player gets closer to it. That's fog in the environment, not rain mist, and it's a common LOD trick.
"Forza Horizons looks like it has a wider view,"
That...
DC has snow that dynamically melts and rain that dynamically evaporates. You can also set the weather type before the race, and at which rate the weather changes from what type to another.
And no one has forgotten that FH2 is open world, in fact, I mentioned it in the 3rd comment down.
@GW12
Kojima did say that the demo was intentionally downgraded in terms of graphics, so it would make sense to assume the final game won't have as much aliasing ans shimmering.
