Did you change your RGB to 'limited' in the settings? If so, try changing your gamma/black level on your TV, and if that STILL doesn't work, change the brightness of the game in the game's settings.
Those things combined should give you a much less crushed image.

Why are you telling me this? I know that already. I simply used Halo 2 as an example of *why* every game that isn't 1080p *isn't* simply due to lazy devs, as rj621 said it was. Halo 2 has to run two engines at once, thus making it more demanding than the other games in the coll...

Not all games are the same. The X1 can achieve 1080p in some games, and can't with others. Boiling it down to a dev issue every time an X1 game isn't 1080p is plain ignorant of both the technical side of videogames, and the developmen...

Ubisoft did it with Watch Dogs on the PC (then people found the hidden E3 2012 settings)...and a few devs now have put 30fps caps on their games on PC (which again have been worked around by PC gamers in order to reach higher framerates).
The evidence of devs doing it is out there and blatant. I'm not saying that's what's happened this time, but it does happen.

I was playing *almost* problem-free 4 days after launch. I say "almost" because I got kicked back top the UI a few times on PS4, and my singleplayer save was corrupted/deleted...but apart from that I never had any problems playing Rush mode. No lag, no rubber-banding, nothing.
I saw all the reports on here about how broken this game was, and I was like "I must be one of the lucky ones, then". XD
Now there's something we can agree on.
