I have a feeling this now has become more about politics, so USA Microsoft vs Japan Sony. Because all the money Microsoft is making is also good for the USA.
The EU might not be blinded by this, so the outcome could be different.
I don't have a VR and not planning on getting one, but playing games like No Man's Sky and Gran Turismo in VR must be awesome I imagine.

It use to be that when a Final Fantasy game came out you know what to expect, a typical high quality JRPG. With the last couple games they might as well changed the name entirely. It has nothing to do with JRPG anymore.
I know they use the name because that brings in the big money, but still.
True, Legend of Dragoon is a classic but I doubt that it will appeal to the gamers that never played it. it's not on the same level as a Final Fantasy VII for example.
But what they can do is make a sort of remaster like Suikoden I and II has.

Specialists is what killed the game along with terrible maps. The ability to see enemies through walls is something that doesn't belong in a Battlefield game.
But at least the game is now better compared to a year ago. It feels more like a Battlefield game.

Can we just not have articles about people who work on a game/movie telling us how great something is that they work on?
I believe they put a tranny in the game, or rather a digital women with a man's voice. A reason for me to boycott the game.
I agree. Final Fantasy hasn't made a great game for a long time now. I enjoy the Dragon Quest, Tales and Ys series more as of late.

I was thinking of Mad Max. That V8 felt really good to drive around in, especially with upgrades.
A sale used to be 30 when games were 60. Now a "sale" is 50 when games are 80, digital that is.
Part of it because the lockdowns are over, but I assume the increase in price of games is also a reason.
They should focus more on new tracks. I'd rather see five new tracks than five new cars.
A remake that is done as it should be. Good examples are the Shadow of the Colossus, Resident Evil 2 and Demon Souls remake.
The Final Fantasy remake is just a different game that takes important parts out of the game and put in things that makes it worse.
You know, maybe we someday get a true FFVII remake that gamers wanted. It will be made by the community and fans.
There was one trophy that you cannot get after they updated the game and increased your level, unless you pay for the DLC.
For me this is one of the reasons I don't pay for a subscription service like PS Plus or Netflix. You never own anything, you cannot play or watch at your own pace because at anytime games or movies can be removed.
