Tech demo…so expect these visuals ten years from now in actual playable videogames,
It really depends on the game, I noticed. Dying Light 2 supposedly is locked 30 fps, but it feels absolutely horrible. I had to go with performance mode, because 30 fps in that game was literally giving me headache.
Horizon Forbidden West on the other hand feels perfectly fine at 30 fps.
Got my copy yesterday and played a little bit. Stunning game! Need (want) to finish Dying Light 2 first though.
Only thing about this game that bothers me a bit is the cutscenes. They really do drag on a bit. :(
Such a great looking game. Fantastic art and the engine seems so well made.

So much graphical clutter…actually hurts my eyes. Why do so many games do this? It’s horrible. :(

Not sure if this is true, but it seems like Unreal Engine 5 is paving the way for smaller studios to create games with AAA graphics with fairly small budgets.

Really, really looking forward to God of War. Never really been into Sony games to be honest. I respect the quality that is in them, but the likes of Uncharted, R&C, LOU, etc couldn't really grab me.
I thought the same of GOW and never bothered with it...but man, just started it on my PS5 and I am in awe. What a game!
Been living under a rock for the past 30 years? At least half of those games will get delayed anyway.
@CYALTR: But that way you have to preorder it digitally from the store. There is no option to download, only a purchase button.
People are saying they are able to preload via the app without digital preorder. No luck here though. I get the same error as Crimson.

Except, they don't. You are free to not pay for anything and still play the game for free without any functional limitations content gameplay wise (i.e.: maps, characters, weapons).
I agree the pricing is insulting at best and needs a huge overhaul/rethink, but you are not forced to spend any money here to have the same gameplay experience.
What an awful show so far. Some 3rd party games and mostly just indie games. Wtf Microsoft?
