Let's see. The author bought an original Xbox over 10 years ago. It helped him socially and professionally, as he is only 26 now. He didn't switch because he worked for Xbox Enthusiast. Pretty obvious that his switch made him INTO an Xbox Enthusiast to the point where he now writes for them.

Don't forget that there were still quite a few Cyber Monday sales for XB1 bundles, but I didn't see many of the PS4 ones.
