Like it or not it'll be the best place to play GTA6. And although the improvement in most games will be minimal or only a frame rate bump, it'll become the best place to play all 3rdv party games and the best version available of future games. It's a very expensive way for them to make the Series X irrelevant, and a final nail in the coffin for Xbox this Gen. And that is coming from a guy who prefers Xbox over PlayStation.

Xbox One X was a significant jump over the XBone, and PS4 Pro was a huge jump over PS4.
The PS5 Pro seems to use frame generation to take a lot of it's power, and isnt that big of a real world processing power jump over the PS5.
That being said, I'll still buy one because I love video games, but I can honestly see why many others won't.
I'm going to buy one day one, but I feel like this modest increase in power is really going to be underwhelming.

If Microsoft eventually goes full PlayStation, that would be awesome! Then I can have the awesome GamePass model coupled with PlayStation Plus and only need one console. Honestly, if PlayStation could match GamePass I wouldn't need Xbox.
