But ironically Microsoft also effectively just killed off the Xbox brand
Yeah honestly this makes no sense...PS4 and Xbox One are basically the same
I think it's cute that you know things that gaming professionals don't. Constant articles about how the full game is no longer on the disc must be lying to us
The power of Fanboyism
I'm watching everyone saying "most" games have a full version on the disc. I'm just curious, but where are you getting that info from?
Most articles are showing that most of the major release at the very least require a day one update to launch.
Hey just curious, how is this different from MOST games from both major publishers this gen?
Yeah an easier solution to low bandwidth would be to use a 4k camera, and allow you to choose to broadcast in lower res for bandwidth preservation.... Not force poor quality
I think they serve a purpose, but overall the power they use I think is better spent just giving us a smaller boost to res instead of a larger upscale. Artifacts are worse that state stepping and pixelation.
The time happens! Never them is right when report.
They aren't allowed to report the official number from NPD. They have always admitted this, and tweaked their numbers to make it "their estimate"
VGChartz isn't allowed to report actual NPD numbers because NPD Group (now part of Circana) restricts the public dissemination of its proprietary sales data. NPD gathers sales figures directly from retailers and publishers, and access to their reports requires a paid subscription. Companies that receive these re...
Let's get Division 3 already
I remember it being a work together as a team in Horde Mode type experience, especially the last few games because multiplayer got old for me.
@mkis007
I'm assuming the world is going to be much more dense than RDR2. Plus we still didn't get that 60fps update on RDR2
I formally jumped to PS5 Pro last year, but I definitely would have gone Series X version if the Pro didn't exist.
The Pro, although crazy expensive, still gives the best console version available for the next 2 years or so...
Also hoping GTA6 can somehow hit 60fps 🫣
I never got it either, although I am really enjoying this one. Finally a huge open world that feels gritty and real.
I'll be happy if they just ground it a little more like 5 did. I don't want Just Cause-like rocket backpacks.
It's only embarrassing too the fanboys. If you aren't a fanboy for either system, it doesn't matter at all.
How about this...
"We give you Halo in exchange you let Bungie work on a sequel"
@Outside
That's one thought... But if they release a wildly popular console with incredible power, great price, AND GamePass while capturing new fans, they have a better chance then trying to just go to the next Gen with keeping exclusivity...
I think it's their best bet and let's then keep getting sales to gauge what games really are good...
Going from 3:2 (66%) to 2:1 (50%) is a decrease, increase in cost for the conversion.
So if you had 3 years you used to get 2 years. Now 3 years will get you 1.5 years
