I was personally expecting a leap from 30 to 60 fps. Not a 30% frame rate increase. That means only a jump from 30 to 40 fps...
I think they would need to release before GTA 6, by at least 3 months... They would need to establish this next Gen quickly and show that's it's a skid leap
I think GTA 6 is going to decide the next major console sales boost. If Xbox releases a 60fps GTA 6 machine and the Pro can't keep up, that will be huge

I think it'll do less than PS4 Pro... That gen needed a 4k upgrade. This Gen is only frame rate. 200 more for 30fps is bad math... I still bought one though lol

I think both aren't selling great, but it seems they are the best selling this season. Overall console sales are really down...
That being said, I bought one.
If a new console didn't go #1 on release against no competition, I would be shocked. That being said, it'll probably sell about 10 percent of PS5 overall base. I pre-ordered and can't wait. Let's do the fanboy battle and just enjoy the console!

I'm hoping they release a console PC hybrid, but not just a reference. If they actually do a subsidized PC Console Hybrid, I will be ecstatic!
Halo isn't going to release anything in 2025. They barely had a tech demo / proof of concept, it'll be years before they have a game ready.
If Xbox doesn't knock it out of the park next console/handheld, I think it's game over...
I agree, upscaling adds artifacts and latency. Seems like they are saving money on not needing more power, adding latency, and still neglecting the need for CPU and AI of in game characters. Also, what happened to physics?
But did it make it worth playing? Expensive add-ons need extensive end game content
I think it was a solid 7.5/10 game. Although it didn't meet my expectations, I still enjoyed it. Just nothing to brag about....
Weird, Elden Ring had instructions, no one complained other than difficulty
I'll be honest, I've had it 2 days now, and I honestly haven't felt that satisfaction like when I fired up my PS4 Pro or One X.
I'm still looking for that game that shows me why I bought it! I would love a HellDivers 2 upgrade of some sort
