It depends now on the software... The resolution wasn't so much the problem. Look at the tracking of Facebook portal, it's actually really good. It's all software related. They should installed a separate chip just to power that
It's a shame they aren't supporting everything. With so the multi platform games it wouldn't be hard to integrate the older peripherals. I get it that they want you buying into the new ecosystem but I think they could have been smoother about it.
Either way, we are almost there! Can't wait to get a new shiny system! I still get giddy...

I have a 75" Q90R and it does 4k 120 but no HDR at that framerate. Personally I don't think console gamers need 120. Feels like a bridge to PC gaming to me

Actually I don't think you get it. It's a tiny nap dement already running at half the framerate. Yeah, it definitely looks good. But not only is it not a full game, but it's not even a full level. All of those things impact a game. AI, gameplay elements, features, enemies, all of those things effect framerate. You add any of that to that little tiny demo and it would barely run...
But, i still agree, it was a cute lil demo

The title looked good. Everything else... Well it runs at 30fps with no AI no enemies or gameplay engine just walking around a 3D space. It's a little better looking but mostly the lighting

Unfortunately if you plan on moving them back and forth, neither will be an instant solution. If you plan on having on the SSD with old games, then that's a good choice... HDD are on the way out
