I don't think so. It's at best a 7/10 experience, that was a 4/10 during release. Not much to draw anyone back that left
The enemies are mostly fixed and seem to act more like intended. Overall it feels like what the game should have been at release. I think if they waited, the game would have performed better with players, but I think it's too late for this one.
Overall it's a DECENT game, but not overly amazing or anything
You guys act like you know what you are talking about. Saying Microsoft is kidding money, etc...
Microsoft has shown that it actually makes more money despite being behind in sales thanks to Gamepass and other things.
What didn't you like about it?
I tried it, solid 60fps.
I also can't seem to figure out what is changing from Quality mode to make it faster, as it just looks the same but smoother
Mac is only "safer" due to less exposure. Hackers don't bother since hardly anyone uses them.
Even so, they get hacked just the same.
I got bored quickly. I just don't see the appeal. I'm glad it was free for me, would have hated to spend money on it.
@Vengeance1138
You might want to fact check that. It isn't a fully functioning PS5. It is solely a streaming device. And you also have to use it at home. So it's useless anywhere else.
..... it's just as bad.
If this were Microsoft, people would be saying that they don't have 1st party exclusives and had to buy them.
A good game takes a while to like when you have the wrong idea if what is supposed to be.
Took me a day or two to realize it's not a shooter, not NMS. It's Space Fallout.
Leave Digital Foundry alone. They are definitely unbiased. They even prefer PlayStation in some aspects.
As for Xbox, BG3 is coming... So I expect it to perform equally or better.
@MrDead yeah, like Sony did to curate all the exclusives they currently have. You forget, every company they have started independent. They bought them and made exclusives.
I think that means giving up on this generation, and hoping to win the next by way of an early start.
I don't think that will work because the momentum playstation will have, plus they will be able to extend this gen and not have to release a new console to compete only to later release and even more powerful PS6! That would likely could end Xbox. I think we have to see how the momentum swings when the Activision sale completes and we see if it actually affects console ...
PS5 is garbage!
I'm testing to see how long before I get flagged as inappropriate versus the original comment...
Really? I just both a year of ultimate for 96$ on a website. After taxes it was 105$ or so... Honestly for that price I ended up grabbing another year. $100 a year for ultimate is a no brainer...
So you are shunning Call of Duty because Microsoft acquired them, but you are looking forward to playing Starfield which is made by a Microsoft owned company? You are either quite the hypocrite, or just a fanboy who is butt hurt about the purchase...
Starfield is Xbox owned, it doesn't need to be profitable, it needs to bring people to the system. Profit is measured differently on games that are owned by the system maker.
You guys DO realize Sony as a company was bleeding money and for a little while Playstation was their only profitable division...
I'm also playing Cyberpunk, but I also sank about 200 hours into Starfield. Honestly, I think it kept me very entertained for that time.
