Yeah it's a new game mode, not to mention the new gadgets and vehicles and setting. What was so different about BF4 and BF3 exactly? Oh right, not much.

Why didn’t they borrow from diablo or borderlands? Everyone is using the same guns and I haven’t changed up my armor or weaponry in a month. There’s no longer a reason to play the game, I can’t remember the last time I got something new and exciting. There are 15 year old games that do a better job of loot.
Can't wait for this game, but I hate when games are over-hyped.. I welcome the doubts!
Destiny completely lacks the story, humor, and characters found in Borderlands.
Destiny has tighter shooting and lots of ways to grind for materials and currency. Less guns but it takes you a lot longer to get the good guns - They have somehow stretched the grind out over a smaller amount of content, yet they keep you engaged for a good number of hours until you finally ask yourself "Why am I still playing this game?"
I didn't notice a ton of innovation from BF3 to BF4, yet the internet wasn't crying back then. This looks like a fresh take on the series, can't wait for the new game modes they look like a lot of fun with friends.

Do you have a ton of friends playing other games on one of the consoles this summer?
If none of the above then obviously get it for PS4 for the graphics bump.
Ya because your XBL friends list being down is the same as the multiple days per month PSN was fully down in Aug-Oct and the 5 days at Christmas
The released the game almost a full year into the new gen consoles. Tons of people who love Borderlands have been asking. Not everyone hangs onto old consoles. This is more of a delayed current-gen release than a remaster, in my opinion. Can't wait!

But this isn't a remake of an old game. It only came out 3 months ago. This is their next-gen release of the Pre-Sequel and they are throwing in the previous game + all DLC + all future DLC. I don't understand all the whining (in general, not talking about you Neonridr!)
Yes how dare they release this game on next gen and ONLY include all the DLC plus the previous game with all the DLC!

A lot of people had moved onto PS4/X1 when this was released. Now they can play the game. Plus BL2 and ALL DLC! Sounds like you bought the pre-sequel for last gen or PC and you're bitter about this great deal others are getting.
I don't know who is hyping Evolve, everyone i talk to has cancelled their pre-orders. 4 vs 1 with random people does not work, it was a bad idea from the start
I feel that it lost it’s mature dark edge from the first two. And I actually enjoyed being locked into a skill tree in D1 and D2, rather than being able to completely change your character around on a whim. Also as someone mentioned above, too much going on the screen at once, too colorful.
You'll get disagrees for saying that. Because most people can't tell. I have no clue actually, but Heist game mode is a lot of fun
