I'm sad, i'm honestly very disappointed. I really hope they do something BIG at E3 but even then I don't think I'd buy their console if they concentrate that much on multimedia instead of games.

They probably wanted a venue that appealed to a wider audience, than just gamers. I'd say best buy is a good place since, while mainly being an electronic store, they have normal dads, soccer moms, tech heads, teens, gamers and kids visit there daily.
I never thought about the amount of local coverage nintendo could get by doing this. So I guess E3 isn't needed anymore at this point is it?

I buy gaming consoles for the games. Sure, it's nice to have a movie and music features, but I like them as SMALL features. NOT the main focus of a console. Yes, I now games will come for the xbox one, but with this higher focus on being a multimedia living room device I feel like the games are secondary. Which it shouldn't on a "gaming" console.
