There is DRM, it's the whole "digital purchases will be tied with the system" thing people complain about, but nintendo has stated they are working on changing that. The wiiu doesn't have online DRM, but the PS4 might not have DRM at all.

well, open world games like that will probably take awhile, but this is cool nonetheless. I can't wait to get my hands on the PS4. I'm going for PC4U combo and PSvita + 3DS combo this gen. I can already hear my wallet dying.
