MS has invested 1 billion in game development so we will not be seeing any more exclusive game droughts with the Xbox brand. Xb1 won most awards for exclusive games at E3, has more functionality and better online. Anyone who's serious about their online console gaming will buy an Xb1 whether they already have a PS4 or not. The Xb1 is just an all-in-one entertainment system vs just a games machine. A little more power and a shit ton of indie games just isn't going to do it for the aver...
Every time Sony wants to do something with PlayStation they have to sell a building and MS is in trouble? I prefer Xbox but acknowledge that the PS4 is more powerful - so what! Games, functionality and online are more important to me. The original Xbox was more powerful than the PS2 did that stop the PS2 from being arguably the greatest console of all time? I think not! Ouch! All this probably could have been avoided had they went 900p instead with PS4 version. Still better than Xb1 720p but less issues.
Well Xb1 offers great games, more functionality and better online. XBL has been the gold standard for online console gaming for a long time I don't see that ever changing. Anyone who say's PSN+>>>XBL with the "free games" argument needs to lay off the drugs. To anyone who takes they're online gaming serious, ease of use, functionality and performance trumps free games. That's a no brainer.

Most of Sony's games are indies. Besides, if it were the other way around we would all be reading how Sony never disappoints and Sony fanboys would be calling the Xb1 the "indiebox." You all know it! That's so predictable it's pathetic.

Most people do prefer Xb1 exclusives I know that around here that can hurt some feelings but it's true. Xb1 also won the most awards at E3. It is what it is.

Dev tools will improve for the Xb1 in time. PS4 will always have an edge with power but the differences won't be significant enough to turn off the average buyer. The most important things are; games, quality online and additional features.
I think it's obvious why some harp too much on the resolution issue because it's the only thing that the PS4 has going for it currently vs the Xb1.
