To clarify, the Xb1 is not struggling it's the Wii U that's struggling! MS is in a great position all they need to do is fix the current bugs with the Xb1 UI and replace the missing XBL features that should have been there right from the start. MS doesn't need to do anything to counter this and is why they offer older games instead. Sony only started doing this as a means to justify paying for a PS+ subscription in the first place. Seriously, the 360 had better ram allocation and a superior GPU; this is why with multi-plats like RDR, the PS3 version was missing grass and other minor details in areas vs the 360 version. It's also the reason why there is no party chat on the PS3 as well.
