Nice preview. It's interesting that all of these previews from the recent press event are very positive about the graphics (the game was only showed on the 360).

"It almost goes without saying that the game, graphically, looks incredible. I never witnessed an out-of-place texture or a single hiccup in frame rate throughout my entire time with the game"

I guess it's just a big coincidence that most of the people hating on Crysis 2 have a history of being PS3 fanboys. I'm sure there's no connection whatsoever. /s

What's that supposed to prove? At best it proves you like the PS3 controller better.

I am looking forward to a comparison to see which version runs better. I honestly don't care. I will get it for whichever console it looks or runs better on.

To be honest even this game looks really really good. Gears 3 will be even more amazing though.

Bulletstorm is one of the best looking games I have seen though.

You don't like Dead Space 2 and you don't like Crysis 2, so its sounds like you are just hard to please.

Bobrea, lots of people really like the demo. Should they just ignore the game because you don't like it? Arrogant.

Not everybody has a gaming PC or necessarily likes to play on the PC. Those people now have a chance to play Crysis 2 where they otherwise wouldn't have been able to.

Besides, weren't you a PS3 fanboy?

Nice interview. Uncharted is my favorite series on the PS3.

You have to be joking. Crysis 2 looks better than 95% of PS3 exclusives and is in the same ballpark as those few you listed.

Just watch the video. Were you born without eyes or are you just blinded by fanboyism?

No advanced retail game is full 1080p. GT5 and Wipeout are not full 1080p despite what has been claimed by some people.

The few true 1080p games are either simplistic retail games or downloadable games. The 360 has a few of those as well.

The PC is the only platform to have if you want 1080p or better.

Are you guys kidding? It looks exactly like this. Besides, the video is clearly of the 360 version because you see notifications pop up.

Yeah right. What awesome looking shooter on PS3 runs at 1080p? None.

The developers of Ghostbusters made all kinds of claims about how great the PS3 version would look and it turned out looking way worse than the 360 version. That was not a marginal difference in any way.

There are lots of multiplatform games that show more than a marginal difference between the two platforms. What you said is simply not true.

You're one of these people that will pretend that there are only "marginal" differences between differ...

Blurry mess? Hahaha.. you haven't played the demo. It has really nice graphics.

Crackdown and Infamous both looked pretty poor to me. Bland textures, jaggies every where, pop-in, low quality character models, etc.

Assassin's Creed and Red Dead Redemption both look a lot better overall.

Awesome. It makes me want to play it now.

This is the Xbox 360 version, right? It looks great. I love this map.

Pandamobile is right about the FPS, but LightofDarkness is also correct about the object-based motion blur making games appear to be much smoother than their FPS specs would otherwise imply.

Anyway, this is the 360 version right? Well, it looks absolutely amazing. I can't wait to play the multiplayer demo tomorrow.

Nasim was a PS3 fanboy, though, wasn't he?

Anyway, reading old articles it seems like it was more balanced back then. There were about the same number of fans on each side and people could actually discuss things. Now it is so one-sided.

The biggest change I am hoping to see in Ninja Gaiden 3 really doesn't have to do with difficulty.

The biggest problem I had with the Itagaki-directed Ninja Gaiden games is that they were very weak in atmosphere and storytelling. The environments felt so lifeless and synthetic.

I want them to focus more on ninja lore and tell an interesting story with characters we can't help but care about.

The original Ninja Gaiden games were gre...

Not everybody is an early-20s bachelor with plenty of time on their hands. I have alway enjoyed difficult games (I beat the original Ninja Gaiden games on the NES), but at times the newer Ninja Gaiden games crossed over into pure frustration.

I don't have time to sink 50 or 60 hours of my life into replaying difficult games over and over again until I finally beat them.

If they can make the difficulty more flexible so that it can be enjoyed by more peo...
