Res 6 is worse?? Thats definetly an opinion as I loved Res 6. Then again that was playing through co-op playing thorugh solo would have been crap no doubt. A game in most cases is what you make it and dying light surely makes it hard for you.

Indeed Dynasty warriors isn't popular outside of its normal audience because of its lore not because its not a great game its why hyrule warriors sold so well. Stick a popular franchise with the dynasty warriors engine and you get a fun game that fans of that series can enjoy. Why oh why didn't Nintendo go for a more powerful machine?? I feel if they did so and lost the tablet it would be up there with ps4 and xbox right now. As it would too be able to stream etc.. Stuff people are really enjoying on their new consoles.

Major reviewers are giving it an average of 7/10 which is about right for this game if I had to give it a score. I still think weapons like machetes etc.. breaking is just stupid and the fact this game isn't really unique (I feel like I'm playing dead island with parkour). Wont be GOTY purely because this isn't a widely adopted title. They sell well but noway near the numbers of a title like GTA, COD etc.. Although small titles have won it in the past they have done so by sneaking under the radar and selling millions. This won't do that. It has a certain market which it plays to very well. It's like why Rock music isn't in the top 10 charts.
Im sorry but realism doesn't make games fun. The reason why games like Saints Row and the like are so damn fun is they went wacky and decided to go against the fun part. Once you start inviting realism into the game you lose the fun. The proof is in the pudding I mean who really thinks its fun to race a car around the same track over and over?? You won't find many.. Not surprised this is coming along fast considering the power of a 3DS the more powerful a console is the harder it is to emulate.
Normally your right Sony doesn't buy up big publishers like SEGA however if they are going cheap they may dip in and Sony have said they are really going for it this generation. So why not?
They will be rather cheap in todays market as Sonic is at an all time low and there back catalogue holds little water as its had no recent hits.
If Sony bought SEGA that would just be weird.. Sonic only on playstation.. Nintendo would freak as a 1/3 of its catalogue right now has SEGA stamped on it either producing the games or through characters. That would be another nail in the WiiUs coffin. Sony could finally get its own decent smash game with SEGAs back catalogue of characters and its own. Not to mention the next smash game will lose a bit of its roster as it has a few SEGA characters.

The 3DS hasn't sold as well as they would have liked purely because of the mobile market. Its still selling millions just not what they expected. The WiiU is the main issue for them though as they barely make profit from it. They make something like £30 a console and thanks to lack of 3rd party the attach rate of games per year is low as they are relying only on 1st party sales.
