I'll definitely be picking up The Last Story and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD. I'm interested in some of the other ones too but those can wait for the time being.
Right, in theory you shouldn't have to pay the same price then, but unfortunately Nintendo plans to price their digital offerings at the same price as games sold in retail once they start selling games digitally day-and-date (starting with NSMB2).
I certainly wouldn't mind saving money on Gravity Rush.
For some reason I had never thought of Wander; not a bad idea at all. It would be great if Kat (from Gravity Rush) made it into the roster as well for the reasons you mentioned; she'd be a great fit.

The author of the article actually stated that GTA IV was his first GTA game, so the article was more focused on IV than discussing the entire series in that respect, but thanks for pointing that out; I'll let him know.
I would not be surprised in the least if Kevin Butler appears as a sort of joke character. If he does end up in the game, I bet we'll see him as a secret/unlockable character.
I'm still hoping Square Enix will announce FF13 Agito (or Type-0 as it's now known) in the West, but this probably one of the longest waits we've had between Japanese and Western releases, so I'm really worried about it.
I imagine there's probably quite a bit to localize, not to mention the fact that PSP is a bit of a dead system over here now, so if anything, that's why they wouldn't bring it over.

While the big sites like IGN may have some legitimate sources, keep in mind that IGN also reported that Project Cafe (the Wii U's codename before its announcement) was supposed to look like a modernized SNES, which we now know is false information.

That's the one I was eyeing as well. I know people who are pre-ordering just for the art book and don't really care how the game turns out; definitely a smart move on Atlus's part.

Definitely a smaller release week, but Skullgirls looks interesting and Persona 3:FES should be good for Persona fans.
