Considering the userbase for the 360 is larger but is only half the price - not sure if I think outselling the PS3 (even if it is a .1m difference) is even that big of a deal. But hey, when ya need to throw sh*t, grab whatever is lying around. =/

I was late to the HS party but when I played it I thoroughly enjoyed it. Same happened with Uncharted. I know HS wasn't as "successful" but in both cases I hated myself for missing these games. I know a bunch of people who were in the same boat as myself, maybe that initial attraction wasn't there - but after we got a taste we realized what we were missing.
Kind of a bummer Heavenly Sword didn't make a big impact, but it's not a forgotten title either. Besides, that...
SOCOM has always had avid followers, and even when this game dropped with all its problems it still held on to some people. Gradually people started returning as it got more stable - if any other game went through what SOCOM:Confrontation did in the beginning that game would be DONE. Not SOCOM though, that speaks volumes for the name and fans.

We knew this was coming - the leaked photos, confirmed by the PSP-GO/Box and the official mention of cutting the cost of production down and making a more "efficient" updated version of the console. It was coming, we all knew it, this is it and I think when it is seen more and seen in the flesh most will actually grow to like the design. More modern looking than the "phat" Ps3 and when stood/placed right next to one, most of you will agree. Yes, I have seen one.

This game does look pretty bad, I keep seeing ads saying how it's actually supposed to be good, but from what I keep seeing it somehow looks anything BUT good. Actually looks like crap, TBH, IMHO.

People were saying MGS4 would NEVER come to the system and they were right. A new MGS? It was possible, considering MS has to pay to get this stuff. And what's this? It's a spin off? It's not what people were expecting...people haven't been paying attention. They called it exclusive too early, they jumped the gun on that - and now they think it's gonna be a MGS4 esque title when it WILL NOT BE anywhere near that. Think, Ninja Gaiden / Raiden / MGS "story" which won't be anyth...

Being a huge Metal Gear fan it's only good that more people get a chance to play the games...but then again this isn't MGS4 (too bad so sad M$ fans) so that's too bad. But it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out - and I doubt it's exclusive. The 360 fans are rejoicing like this is going to kill Sony...unfortunately, it's not.
This is being done in preparation for the Slim, it's already being manufactured but not on a full scale level at this point. Soon this is what will happen.
