She's not replacing Link. She's not literally a female Link. She just shares his visual style.
It's fun.
It's fun to have more characters. Just because there is already a female character doesn't mean we can't have another one, with a different backstory and different abilities.
It's not a boss named Deathclaw, it's A deathclaw.
It does take some getting used to. It's nice that it's optional.
Any review worth reading should describe enough of a game like Everybody's Gone to the Rapture to give a reader an opportunity to understand what sort of "game" it is. If they just see "9/10" and go buy it, then they can't blame anyone but themselves. Games are more than numbers, and reviews need to be read in order for the numbers to make any sense.
It was pretty incredible that an educational game for children had so much random pain and death in it.
If an article was about clicks, it would be posted as fast as possible to capitalize on the trend, rather than coming days after the event.
Really not sure what people are disagreeing with here. I wasn't expressing an opinion, I was trying to explain to Rimeskeem what people were *unfairly* criticizing the PS4 for. It was never because people didn't like support for indie games.
I don't personally agree with that view at all, I just remember that was part of the indie-focus criticism. Too much indie stuff, not enough AAA.
People aren't happy if a platform ONLY has indie content, but if it has quality AAA games in ADDITION to strong indie content, then everyone wins.
This is a really great article. I love the idea of exploring the specific regional context of this game.
There was absolutely nothing stopping them from doing that before this ruling .
There's a video in this very review that shows how to climb up one of the towers. Check it out!
The fact that the option to turn off the graphics for the helmets and hats is present in the game does seem to demonstate that being able to see the Inquisitor's hair and face is a common request.
The appearance of the Inquisitor seems to be important to a number of gamers.
I tried it out, and it really isn't. It's hard to get the hang of, and it's fragile, and it can't fly like Kraken or stand and fight like Goliath. It's a lot of fun, but it isn't more powerful than the other two in the hands of an average player -- not sure what experts will think.
Sunset Overdrive is one of the runners-up. That wasn't on the PS4.
Bayonetta 2 fell just outside of the top three in the opinion of the GameCrate editors.
I edited this article and had a hard time not changing the ranking to reflect my personal preferences. It's a polarizing issue for sure.
Glad you liked it.
This might be a cache/history issue causing you to be redirected. Hopefully a different browser won't have the same issue.
Nintendo is right to not let concerns about possible lore complications get in the way of something that could be cool and fun.
