Actually no you havent heard much...that was just the sound of gamers excited about a new DX and the possibilities of the cloud...more accessible consoles and a holiday lineup.

Choosing to end this gen on the early side is a little concerning but it's been done before. Chances are MS sees an opportunity to rereveal a next gen console without all the crap the previous launch had.
