Yes but in different businesses the big budget can vary.. For instance... The first assassin's Creed maybe didn't cost as much as the latest... Does that mean the first wasn't triple A? How about between devs... Maybe cd projekt didn't spend as much money as ea did with the recent cod.... Does that mean the Witcher isn't triple A?
Triple A cannot be based on budget... It is forever changing and different devs spend different amounts... One dev may view...

Their lack of ability should not reflect the score. With doom for instance if he says the controls are clunky or the aiming is horrible it isn't true. His aiming and ability to control is horrible. There is a difference and a reviewer should be able to make the distinction between his ability and the game.
Yes but Itll be more unfied and easy for devs to move games from pc to Xbox.
And then when a game comes to pc and ps4 only.... There probably wouldn't be any reason unless that of a deal to move it over to Xbox with ease.

So you're telling me that MS who accrues much profit from the millions of multiplats sold on their console is going to be willing to risk all that by releasing on the competing consoles essentially telling everyone who wants a console that they can go get another one to play their exclusives.. Me too. Always owned a pc and all the other consoles including Nintendos and the portables.
And while many games do come to pc they either come later or some have yet to come to pc.
I like exclusives and like to support the developers and the platform for said exclusives... Including on pc for Instance path of exile.

I was a little skeptical about MS moving their games to Pc... But of course console gamers will stay on console so it won't affect Xbox much. The only people this affects are the people who aren't willing to buy an Xbox simply cuz they're hardcore fans of another system.
