that's not a very valid statement, the playstation never had GTA as an exclusive title, because it came for PC, and later for the Xbox but I guess the new 360 users are too young to remember that, and the PS3 "exclusive content" is different from the 360 "exclusive content"

now they had technical issues with the power of the 360, the ps3 was far more suited to use the cryengine 2 to a console, the "problems" with the ps3 was a problem with a new technology, too much advance for the actual gaming codes, that's why it was easier to bring the games to the 360, but the devs are starting to understand the cell, if you read the news at the GDC they will be using the PS3 as the main develop console, but it's not because the PS3 is inferior to the last gen 360...
we can say the same about Microsoft, they could get the exclusivity of GTA4 but they couldn't.
