I don't know how you could say that. Unless Microsoft is willing to develop the same game for both consoles simultaneously (something I suspect they'll do otherwise all that Series X power talk is for nothing), the limitations will affect next-gen games.

It's a GaaS with microtransactions and a main protagonist that barely anyone knows or cares about. Also what they have shown so far hasn't been promising, gameplay-wise. They squandered it.
Like what? It's an open world real life simulator with cereal buildings. Even its physics is downgraded from GTA IV (that's less attention to details in my opinion).

Metro has always been a PC franchise. The Epic Games Store controversy severely damaged Exodus (especially that it was one of the earliest games to go exclusive to that store after people pre-ordered it on Steam and it was two weeks away from release). It was a furore at the time.
