Though I don't see why the game should be delayed, they could most likely get rid of this problem with an online patch, but they're probably doing this for the very few people that will buy the game, but not have internet/PSN account to apply the patch.

The reviewer is Guy C*cker (lol N4G doesn't let me post his name) from Gamespot UK, he also gave WipEout HD 7.5/10 (when it easily deserves 9), anyway I think that he is just a harsh reviewer. Look at his previous reviews:

I've wanted that feature for a while, now I don't have to keep checking my PS3 to see if a download is finished.
@Bullettoothtony - Yeah I agree with you there, IGN seem like they give unbiased (but usually quite harsh reviews), so I tend to see what score they give more than other sites.
Although even if LBP gets 5/10 I'm still going to get the game, because I don't buy games based on review scores, but on my personal opinion by watching trailers, gameplay, live demos etc.
I'm sure the devs said it would be ~1Gb 0_o, anyways the smaller the better I guess.

Tomb Raider is going to be crap anyway, why would you buy DLC for a game that will most likely suck? Also MS needs this game more than Sony, cos Uncharted is much better (you can tell just by looking at gameplay vids of Tomb Raider), so MS needs it's own Uncharted, Tomb Raider is the closest thing to that.
Though I would like to say, MS don't waste your money on crap games like this!!!
