30 million console =/= 30 million sales for the game. It depends on the fan base, and MGS fanbase is pretty much all on PS3 at the moment.

Internet speeds are rubbish in US, UK, Australia and probably most of the EU. 1080p streaming won't be very good at those speeds, the video will stutter, and you will end up having to wait until the movie is downloaded anyway. It's a good idea from MS, but it won't work with our crappy speeds.
It looks like it works, whether anybody can actually be bothered to play a game like that is the issue. When the woman was driving the car, she needed to be holding something, it looked incredibly uncomfortable to play the game like that. Also when interacting with the NXE, I'd rather use the controller.
I've had a Wii for 2 weeks and I'm already bored of it, I'm not going to waste my money on this (and it is rumoured to be over $100)
@cmrbe - damn man I never thought of it that way, dunno about FF, but GTA4, DMC4 and RE5 were all the worst games in their respective series. But at least DMC4 and RE5 were enjoyable.

LMAO @ you guys trying to make a megaton out of nothing. Not many people actually care that MGSR is on 360, because it is also on PS3. It was a teaser for a game, no gameplay or CGI shown, which means it is most likely a 2011 title, so don't get too happy about it.
All I can say is you MS fanboys better buy this game, because if it doesn't sell well, then I don't think Kojima will ever go to 360 again.
@1.5 - It's not exclusive, I think Don Mattrick would have been shouting it from the rooftops if it was. You seriously think MS would stay quiet on such a big game? Every other game they announced they were like "Exclusively on Xbox 360", but they didn't for MGR.
The fact that MS' hard drive is so expensive kinda defeats the object of downloadable games. 120GB max HDD is not enough really considering some games are on several discs.
Also downloadable titles should be cheaper than retail really (hopefully they are), cos you can't resell them when you get bored.

As soon as I saw the trailer, immediately I thought "Still not as good looking as GT5:Prologue", it's sticker feature for the cars is good, but the graphics still after 4 years can't beat a "demo" that was released last year?
Come off it guy, GT is unbeatable, and when the damage comes, which it is, you guys won't be able to complain about anything.

Exclusivity is possible, IW get enough sales on Xbox alone, but 4-5 million sales from PS3 is quite a lot to miss out on.
If nothing blows my mind MS fails badly this E3. They have to show Alan Wake, Splinter Cell Conviction and Halo ODST so it can't be anything to do with those titles. Xbox Slim is already rumoured, so it won't be mind blowing.
Only a few hours left and then we'll see how good MS' lineup is compared to Sony's lineup. (This is a criticism of the fact that we know crap all of MS lineup and currently Sony's lineup seems unbeatable so far. Not a fanboy statement like all these retards ...
@Forrest - I don't think Metal Gear will ever be 360 exclusive ever now. PS3 version sold very very well, 4.7 million+ shows that they will make a lot of money with the next game

@1.5 - GOW3, GT5, Uncharted 2, Ratchet & Clank, Team ICO, SOCOM, MAG, Syphon Filter, Resistance, Jak & Daxter, FFvsXII, Agito XIII, Parasite Eve 3, Twisted Metal, Killzone, Motorstorm, Wipeout, PixelJunk, Wardevil, MGS, LBP, WKC, Demon's Souls, Quantum Theory, inFAMOUS and a lot lot more that MS still has to compete with. All these are games that could be coming for Sony, and most of them are.
