Wouldn't even be slightly surprised because there was too much stuff supposedly coming in the Fall. I don't think Halo 5 will be this Fall either due to the Master Chief Collection.

Fallout 3 was my first real Bethesda game, and I absolutely loved it. It made me go back and play Oblivion, which I also loved and therefore loved Skyrim, but still prefer Fallout overall. Can't wait until it is announced, it is BY FAR my most anticipated game.

@george - And the one's that weren't asking for it, are crying about it, like yourself. The fact is, most people who were "asking for it", knew it was coming at some point because they had some foresight. It was obvious to anyone that if the console wasn't selling well, they would drop Kinect to bring the price down. Unless you wanted them to keep Kinect and drop the price by $100, and put the division in the hole? Because that would have been even more stupid.
I really hope it's announced at E3.

@lelo - Difference is, Sony listened to the fans, made a decision before hand to not force DRM and therefore maintain the $$$. MS didn't listen to the fans, tried to force DRM, pre-orders were crap, listened to the $$$, and then dropped DRM. Then did exactly the same thing with Kinect. So there is a big difference in approach there, one signifies respecting your consumer, and the other signifies that y...
@Septic - That's why people should have waited, because right from the announcement in price, it was obvious that MS would be playing a losing game with Kinect bundled in. Now all the early adopters have gotten shafted because MS doesn't believe in their own product, and rightly so.
However, I honestly think that this means their E3 will be a hell of a lot better this year. Especially because they've announced it before.

If these are true, which I doubt, both conferences seem extremely boring. MS' is showing 90% of games that have already been announced, and Sony's is pretty much the same. Hope it's not true.
